At Emerald View Vacations we are not only property managers, but owners, which gives us a level of perspective other companies don’t have. We take great pride in the properties we own and treat all other properties as if we did.
The first step to getting your property on-boarded with Emerald View Vacations is to gather information. We are quite familiar with the area but our team with work with owners to understand everything there is to know about the property.
Next, we will help prepare the property with a complementary clean and fresh linens. We stock important items like shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and hand soap. In the kitchen we provide dish soap and if there is a laundry, we provide detergent.
Once set, we will take professional pictures and begin building your listing details.
The on-boarding process takes about 1-2 weeks and then we can begin taking bookings!
The Emerald View Vacations team manages repairs and maintenance for each property. We take pride in keeping asset value high and minimizing guest troubles.
Owners will have the ability to view calendars and financial and follow bookings for their property. Owners have the ability to block off dates as desired through the online portal.
We are all about transparency in regard to the financials. Monthly owner statements are issued with full accounting of receipts, expenses and disbursements. Net rental funds are disbursed in a timely manner at the end of every month via ACH deposits. Additionally, Emerald View vacations collects and pays local, county, and state taxes on your behalf.
