Casa De La Playa - 2 Bedroom Private Beach House - Panama City Beach

Perfect amenities! Cosy, but has ABSOLUTELY Everything you need. 5 min to grocery, beach, activities. But not smack dab in the middle of the hustle and bustle which makes it peaceful. Pretty private also.

The location was great. Walkable distance to beach and in a quieter part of PCB. The place had all the needed necessities for our stay. I’m only giving 4 stars because there were items left behind from previous guest that I felt could have been cleaned up.

Positive: The house was perfect. Our family stayed for The Feast of Tabernacles and couldn't have asked for a better house. It has a large outdoor patio and a smoker style grill. If we do the feast in PCB in the future I will definitely be trying to get this home again. Negative: If you want to look hard to find a bad side, then nothing will make you happy. It didn't matter if I called or texted with the rental company I always received a text or call immediately. Once more, this house was awesome.

Great location, very comfortable and well furnished house on a large private lot. Great place to unwind and soak in the sun and waves!

It is a beautiful and comfortable house , very clean and quiet place near the beach, only 5 min walking.

In my opinion‼️ Positive: Family friendly, had everything a family would need for a vacation even the small things like kids beach toys,BBQ grill, and much much more. Negative: I loved the stay don't get me wrong buuutttt I needed to read more carefully next time I felt like it needed to be tvs in the bedrooms the blinds were broken, no light in the bedroom and the door needed to be worked on was open when I arrived and also from the pictures the house seemed much more bigger than when I arrived to actually stay and also when I read beach front i didn't know you would still have to walk that far to get to the beach to me was quite a distance.

Wife and I came in for a weekend stay, the house was beautiful and private and we enjoyed our stay very much!

The location was beautiful! We had everything we needed and more! It was peaceful and cozy! There were five of us staying, and we never felt squished! Would definitely come stay again!

Family of 5 and dog in town for a wedding. House was light and bright and looked like the pictures. Liked the gate across the driveway that kept our dog safely on the property and the easy walk to beach access. Beach chairs, umbrella, boogie boards also provided at the house. The house gave us a bit more room and amenities than a hotel room. If more than a party of 2, I would recommend bringing your own toiletries as the ones provided are small. Beds were comfortable and house was very clean and easy to reserve.

It was a great stay loved the house. Beds where comfy and had a pull out couch we didn’t know about! Positive: The house was really nice for what we needed loved it had a grill so we could cook for ourselves some nights. The price was a fair price for our stay and we can’t wait to come again:) Negative: We saw some bugs in the house but that’s understandable it’s flordia.
