February 2024 5.00Great location, clean property, beautiful condo, and perfect condo managers. Positive: Beautiful room. Loved the pool area and tall seats to enable ocean view without sitting on the beach in cool weather. Clean surroundings and very friendly, helpful staff and owners. Negative: Wearing arm bands.

April 2024 3.50It was ok. The weather was very bad cold and windy had to wear a jacket the whole time outside. Positive: I liked that it was close to the beach. Negative: I didn't like that we didn't receive 4 wrist bands there was only 3. I didn't like that the hot tub didn't work. I didn't like that we had a view of the parking lot. I didn't like that the host was hard to find at times and she didn't offer us or the people after us the ticket for the windshield we both had to ask for it. The room was fine.

June 2024 3.00I would revisit the top of the gulf again but in an updated condo. Positive: Nice location, felt safe Negative: The bathroom needs a lot of work. An actual door to lock for privacy would be nice. Several broken floorboards.
