This place was beautiful. Clean and well maintained and equipped. We truly enjoy our stay. Daniel was very responsive. I would definitely recommend this space again.

This place was everything we needed and more. Looks just like the picture and the location is great. The amenities were fabulous and the owner, Daniel, was very attentive at all times and very kind! We loved it and are looking to book it again!

This place is great. We will use it again. Positive: Nice and clean. Beach view. Decorations. Close to other activities. Negative: just a few things that need attention. one bathroom door gets stuck and the bathtub faucet is loose. nothing major. The lady in the lobby reception could be friendlier.

Relaxing weekend in perfect location Positive: the location of the property was perfect. the toilet door sticks so if you need to use the bathroom in the night remember to leave it open. Negative: just 1 shower over the bath

We booked this room for our honeymoon and it was the perfect place! Gorgeous views and clean space! Positive: The view was great along with the staff! Very clean and very nice decor. Negative: The bed wasn’t the comfiest but also wasn’t terrible.

Unit was nice but frustration with the elevator issues will cause me to look for a smaller building and/or a newer c Positive: Location Suit 808 was nicely remodeled Key code access was convenient. AC worked well. The dehumidifier in the room helped improve the effectiveness of the AC. Kitchen was sufficiently stocked with dishes/pots and pans. Suggest adding a pizza cutter to the kitchen utensils. The 6 Bath towels were sufficient, only 2 wash cloths. Negative: The cost for 2 parking passes and 6 wristbands (max allowed) was $40 not $20 Suit 808: -bedroom mattress is worn out and needs replaced. -There is black mold on the ceiling (corner of couch/vertical blinds) - picture provided - Would have been nice to have known the refrigerator did not have an ice maker. 2 ice cube trays will not generate enough ice for 4 people in the summer. Common area: Pool area was noisy (loud music) instead of relaxing. Witnessed a fight that required police intervention. - this did not feel family friendly. 4 elevators, only 2 worked consistently. Not sufficient for volume of guests.

Condo was great, resort staff were unpredictable Positive: The condo was amazing aside from the air conditioner being extremely loud when it kicked on. Everything was clean and the view from the balcony was beautiful. All resort areas were kept very clean and orderly. Negative: The staff was very inconsistent. You had no idea when the office was going to open or close and they seemed to have different hours every day. On 3 out of the 4 days that we were there, there was no beach attendant to be found to rent chairs from, so we just sat down. Then on 1 day out of the 4, someone drove up and asked about our name and room number and asked if we wanted to rent chairs. We said "no thanks" (there were only about 2 hours until they would pack up the chairs that day) and started putting our things back in our bags and he responded "Well then you can pack up your things and head on out then". It's really not about paying for chairs, but about being caught off guard because there was no one asking for payment any other day.

This place was beautiful, very cozy and comfortable for my family of 6. Very clean and modern. Had everything we needed, it was also close to a lot of attractions and restaurants. Would definitely stay again. Thank you!

Very welcoming stay! Positive: I love that the property was so close to the beach and that there was a good system of security. Negative: One small thing, the signs posted says the hot tub is open from 8am - 11:00 pm but it was open 8-4:30 due to maintenance

It’s alright but I will think if I want to stay again Positive: I liked how close is it to the beach Negative: The property is fine I had no problem with that I didn’t like it was misunderstanding when I booked the room it shows 2 set of bunk beds so it’s means 4 beds but when I came I only saw one set and the other for the beach chairs and sunshade you just need to be more clear about it. Because when you say beach chairs and sunshade it mean’s chairs in the front of the beach

We stayed as a family of 7 one which was a newborn and were comfortable with enough room. Positive: Being directly on the beach front, pools, hot tub, gym, very convenient location & balcony with ocean view. Negative: At the time of our stay laundromat was closed.

Busy at the beach. Positive: Location at the Beach. Negative: Quite busy. Apartment wasn’t in perfect order. Reception has limited daytime office hours and doesn’t seem responsible for any apartement issues.

Positive: The condo was perfect size, very clean and comfortable. I want to brag about the communication with the owner. Every question I had was answered very quickly. Negative: I can't say there was anything that I didn't like about my stay other than there wasn't a broom in the condo to use to sweep up sand. We had to keep getting out the vacuum, which was kinda bulky. But that definitely did not ruin my stay in any way.

I was disappointed Positive: Staff was nice and pools were very clean. Negative: For those who plan to bring their family, you should know there is a strip club across the street. Also, it smells like marijuana outside all day and night. Water in the shower does not drain well due to faulty design. The bed and sofa are not comfortable and should be replaced. There are 3 elevators for the entire building and they are small and run slow. There is a $27 fee for parking & wristbands.

Negative: The pool hours everywhere are 8am-11pm got to property and was going to the pool we got advised by security it closes at 7pm

It was nice but hard to feel relaxed when you do so much walking and waiting on the elevator Positive: It was conveniently located with a nice view outside area was great. I loved having the bar right there. Negative: We only had three washcloths in the room with no washer and dryer and the wait for the elevators was ridiculous. Also could’ve used more toilet paper and more than one dishwashing pod

We had an amazing vacation and loved our stay! Positive: Location! The views were amazing. A lot of things to do on property also. Negative: The elevators were the worst part. They can get busy and take a while to get one.

We all really enjoyed our stay. Positive: The place was beautifully decorated, clean, beautiful location, and there was plenty of sleeping space for all of us. Negative: One of the floorboards between the bedroom and bathroom was loose and you could not open the door from the bathroom side. The water was not working in the alcove sink between the bathroom and the bedroom.
