Luxurious, Peaceful, Comfortable Stay Positive: Condo is beautiful, comfortable. View is impeccable. Host catered to our every need. Loved that the host touched on every one of our senses from the relaxing spa music upon arrival, to the scent of eucalyptus, to the luxury bath items, to the pillows and sheets, the rain head shower was the definition of luxury. Hosts were available for any questions.

Summit 803 exceeded our expectations!! Positive: The room was excellent, the view was excellent, the grounds were excellent, and the staff were very friendly. Negative: There was nothing I did not like. It really was great.

I had booked a one night but was most definitely ecstatic being able to book another day. Hubby loved that shiplack!! Positive: The apartment was very. A small smell in laundry room that did not flow over to the bedroom. I also noticed a smell in the living room. The neighboring room tenants smoked weed regularly. I would still suggest this room. Just bring a candle. The look of the rooms and decor was fantastic!! Great job on the remodel. Definitely a gem!! Negative: The Summit needs to play catch up with the private owners that are thinking towards the future and updating the rooms because the outside will fool you. Enforcement of the nonsmoking rooms / balconies would be a good idea.

My stay was A1 from Start to finish! Positive: The condo was extremely clean and met all of our needs for spring break 2023. I absolutely loved the Tiki Bar staff..shout out to Mike, Nicole, and Jim. They made fun and delightful drinks with a smile..

Positive: Great location, great few, VERY clean, washer & dryer were what sold us. Negative: Could've used a few more face towels for a family of 5, and an extra comforter for the beds.

Beautifully decorated condo, comfortable place to stay and perfect location if you are looking to be right on the beach! Condo was bright and spacious -looks exactly like the interior photos! Lots of dishes, cups, silverware. Lots of bath towels which were plush. Linens were very comfortable as well as pillows. Pool area was nice, a bit crowded but nice. You can walk right to the beach from the pool area which was exactly why at we wanted. Every time we came down to the pool area (we didn't use the pool, just had to walk past to access the beach) it always smelled of marijuana. Hope the association can put a stop to usage around certain areas since there are a lot of families and small kids around. Fitness center not good but nothing the host can do since it is taken care of by the condo association. Grilling area be sure to bring own charcoal and grilling items to get it going and any kind of aluminum pans to carry food up and down from your condo/unit. Overall beautiful!!

Positive: Newly remodeled, close to the beach, clean. Negative: I booked a 2 bedroom. When I arrived it was a 1 bedroom. It had a trundle bed pushed against the wall. They were advertising that as the "second" bedroom. The pictures and wording online were very misleading. This made sleeping arrangements for 2 couples very difficult. I felt mislead.

ROACH MOTEL! Don’t forget to pack your Raid. Positive: The balcony view was amazing. If you're not bothered by roaches, dirty let out beds, cold showers, or owners that don't reach out in a timely manner. This is the perfect place for you and your family. However, if you are concerned about the cleanliness, enjoy hot showers, and not bringing roaches to your home, look elsewhere. The Owners said this is a unfair review? Not once did they show that my statements were false. Daniel came to the unit and removed the ROACH himself! I reported the Tv not working around 5 after we noticed. The fact is that the house keeper had to have known that it was not working because she had the other two tvs on upon arrival and not the third. The same way she should have known that there was a ROACH in the drawers.It may be minor to you, but to a family with kids who’s PAYING for 3 tv as Listed, is what we expected. We paid you On TIME with no issues. Isn’t it only fair that you stick to your end of the bargain? Providing honest service? The water is not HOT! Sheets dirty and ripped. I have pictures to back up my experience. You mentioned we wanted a refund. When did I ever tell you that I wanted a refund? I wanted you to do the honest thing. I’m still waiting on a response. Daniel mentioned that they were going to offer $200 towards the next time we came. I let him know that we were not coming back. He said okay I will let them know, but he and this other guy that want answer my text assured me that they will do something for our inconvenience. I waited and waited. I haven’t heard anything from them. Still waiting for a phone call. It’s dishonest to say that we wanted a full refund. You haven’t even called me back to see what I wanted. If you want this headache, bring your family here. I contacted Better Business Bureau to report the fact that they don’t follow up with their complaints to fix the problem. My husband and I work hard for our money to stay in a filthy place. Look at other reviews besides booking and you will... Negative: Worst hotel I've stayed in at PCB. The unit has recently been remodeled, so everything is new. My first impression of this unit was that it's beautiful, then it unraveled. First, we had to go a night without a tv in the bedroom, because it was broken. My family had to sit around and wait for maintenance to attempt to fix it, but to no avail. They returned the next day to replace it, which meant we had to sit around and wait on them again. My family came across several ROACHES! I saw the first roach run across the bathroom floor while I'm using the restroom. The next day, my husband asked me to fix breakfast, so that our son can take his meds. That's when I came across the second ROACH! Dead bug beside the frying pan. I no longer used anything in there for fear it was contaminated. My husband hid the last ROACH he found from me, because he knew that I would leave. At this point I'm ready to check out. They offered to come and spray, but who wants their family to inhale chemicals, and risk more Roaches coming out. The let-out bed was filthy and full of crumbs, so you could tell that it was not properly cleaned. We had to wipe it down ourselves with our Lysol wipes. No way to lock doors on inside. I had to stand in the freezing shower for 10min full of suds waiting for the water to turn hot again. No place to put your shampoo, or soap in the shower except the floor. They only provide three wash cloths, so bring more. Large gap in bathroom door connected to bedroom that I wasn't fond of. Bring your own beach chairs, their chairs are in poor condition along with the beach mat. No hot tub in bathroom as listed. Bed sheets have stains. I could continue, but I'm not going to waste any more time on this horrible experience. I contacted their representative to see how they would fix the problem, and I'm still waiting. All I heard was how much they spent on renovations. Which had nothing to do with my experience.

Positive: The condo was really clean and nice and the view was amazing looking out to the Beach. Negative: Everything was Awesome.

Positive: Unit was clean and modern. The dual showers were awesome. Negative: Showers definitely need some kind of soap/shampoo holder. Only place to put anything was on the floor. Could use some indirect lighting like a lamp in the living room and bedroom. Washer/Dryer can be a bit of a pain to access if you have clothes hanging up. Maybe flip the doors if possible?

We loved the condo and will definitely book it again. Positive: Beautiful view. Cozy apartment. Pools were nice. Fully stocked kitchen. Beds were very comfortable. Negative: Traveling with toddlers, I didn’t like that I couldn’t lock the door from the inside. I also had to turn the hot water off during my showers to conserve the hot. The rails outside the door were loose. I also didn’t like the shower because it had no where to put my shampoo/soap except on the floor. Needs a bathroom shelf in there.

I would stay here again- decor was so pretty and clean! View off the balcony was perfect! Positive: View was amazing, decor was awesome, and very comfortable! We had some issues with the hot water-but that was all! Negative: Location was not awesome- the giant strip Club sign across the street leaves a bit to be desired-but nothing you can do about that 🤷‍♀️

We would stay again Positive: It was very clean and I think it was recently remodeled, so everything was new. The kingsize bed was very comfortable. Negative: The only criticism would be the need for a couple of strategic lamps. The lighting was too bright for casual sitting or lying in bed to read.

Awesome!! Positive: The room was extremely exceptional!! It was top notch! Everything was super nice and very modern and up to date! Couldn’t ask for a more beautiful room!! From the other rooms we saw at The Summit it was hands down the nicest one!! Definitely love to stay there again and again!! Only con we had with the room was the outside furniture needs replaced. Seats cushions were basically nonexistent and the they sat really low so you have to stand up the whole time on the balcony to enjoy the view. The view from the balcony was awesome, when you stood up it was great! Negative: The actual room was awesome! No complaints at all. The Summit how ever wasn’t the best place. Staff very unfriendly and hardly around at all. The pool is so overcrowded you can’t get a place to sit at, and the most frustrating part is it closes at random times every night. Sometimes it was open to 11 sometimes it closed at 7🤦🏼‍♂️. The Summit definitely needs better management.

This Airbnb was very beautiful and it does look exactly like the pictures ! It has a beautiful overlook of the ocean from the balcony and my boyfriend and I were very satisfied with the responsiveness of our host and the cleanliness of our room. I would say that this specific location threw me off a little bit because there is a gentleman’s club across the street and it is not discreet advertising due to bill boards (eye sore)… we also found a syringe/needle in the parking lot of the summit but that was not a make or break for how well our stay went it. The building itself is older but the Airbnb made you feel better about it once you step inside. Some cons -In the listing it states there are kids toys and scuba gear but in reality you are just provided 2 old beach chairs and a small umbrella. The shower only provides 5 minutes of hot water if both shower heads are on, and the bathroom sink did not drain water. Pros - beautiful view, great presentation in the Airbnb, nice pool area!

The location was great. The photos look exactly like the inside of the condo. Only a few things I would have liked to know before booking such as the area was under remodel/construction.

very relaxing and clean room

We come to Panama City yearly and stay at different places and although we didn’t hate our stay, I don’t know if we will Positive: The fact it was an ocean view. Negative: The bedroom window only had blinds and so the light from the walkway was bright, you need to have blackout curtains to use in the evening as an option. The paper towels are a joke, Kleenex work better. Also having to come indoors in the evening because of the weed smoking taking place from other units, more than one was ridiculous.

Property was nothing short of fabulous. The setup was tranquil from the moment we walked into the property. It was clean, had everything we needed. The beds were so comfortable and surprisingly quiet considering there was several on senior trip. Would highly recommend and will definitely stay again.
